RPG Planner

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how RPG Planner ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use our mobile application. RPG Planner is developed by Adam Janiszewski / CodeFusion.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

RPG Planner does not collect, store, or transmit:

• Your name, email address, or any personal identifiers
• Your tasks, projects, or character data — everything stays on your device
• Location data
• Device contacts, camera, or microphone data
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Account credentials (no account is required to use the App)

3. Data Storage

All application data (tasks, character progress, settings, projects, skills) is stored exclusively on your local device using the device's built-in storage (localStorage / SQLite).

This data never leaves your device through our systems. You have full control over your data at all times. You can export it as a JSON backup file and delete it at any time through the App's Settings.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version of RPG Planner displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use certain data to show relevant ads. This includes:

• Advertising ID (a resettable device identifier)
• Approximate location (country/region level)
• Device information (model, OS version)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us. Google's data collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by resetting your device's Advertising ID in your device Settings → Google → Ads → Reset Advertising ID.

5. Push Notifications

RPG Planner may request permission to send you local push notifications to remind you about your daily quests and overdue tasks. These notifications are:

• Generated entirely on your device — no data is sent to external servers
• Fully optional — you can disable them at any time in the App's Settings or in your device's notification settings
• Never used for marketing or promotional purposes

6. Permissions

The App requests the following Android permissions:

• INTERNET — required to display advertisements (AdMob)
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS — required to send quest reminder notifications
• AD_ID — required by Google AdMob for ad delivery

No other permissions are requested or required.

7. Children's Privacy

RPG Planner is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App's content is appropriate for all ages (Everyone 3+).

8. Data Security

Since all your data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on your device's security settings. We recommend using a screen lock and keeping your device's operating system up to date.

If you lose your device or uninstall the App, your data will be lost unless you have previously exported a backup through the App's Settings → Export Data feature.

9. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob — advertising platform. Privacy Policy
• Google Play Services — app distribution and updates. Privacy Policy

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

11. Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal data, there is nothing for us to delete or provide. Your data lives on your device and you control it completely. You can:

• Export all your data at any time via Settings → Export Data
• Delete all your data via Settings → Reset All Progress
• Uninstall the App to remove all locally stored data
